Christmas is a happy time for most. However, for our soldiers and those who have soldiers in battle, Christmas can be a difficult time. This poem brings to light the struggles of military families around the holidays.
Our soldiers and veterans have gone through things most people can not imagine. Each of them handles it differently. This poem is to thank and recognize our soldiers and veterans for what they’ve done for our country.
When a soldier leaves to serve their country, most people only think about how difficult it will be for them. Many times, people don’t realize that the families that the soldiers leave behind are also sacrificing more than we realize. This poem is to recognize them and the struggles they deal with while having their family member in the service.
