My Dad

It's been over a decade

Since My Dad died,

but my love for him

Will always linger inside.

His memory surfaces in many ways

I feel him at the Race Track

Where he liked to play

And can't fry an egg

Without remembering his way!

When wrestling's on T. V.

I see him cheering

And if bowling is mentioned

I remember his excellent hearing!!

And most of all I find great comfort

when I look in the mirror

As the older I get I see his

Reflection clearer and clearer..
